You can still use software freeware for windows called PDBExplorer www.llusoft.com/files/index.php that it exports pdb to csv (excel).

Not yet they run.
For Windows Mobile now the option is Styletap emulator (run paln intro windows mobile).
For Symbian the option is Nokia emulator for models: N810, N800 or N770.
